The Directorate of Poultry Production & Research Sindh, operating as a wing of the Government of Sindh Livestock & Fisheries Department, invites sealed bids from manufacturers and importers for the procurement of poultry medicines, drugs and vaccines for the financial year 2026-27. The tender covers antibiotics, probiotics, vitamins, minerals, antiparasitics, chemicals, biologics, disinfectants and consumables, as well as poultry vaccines sourced both locally and internationally. The contract is intended to serve the directorate's operations across multiple locations including Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Mirpurkhas, Dadu, Jamshoro, Khairpur, Bahawalpur, Larkana, Shikarpur, Thatta and other district sub-offices in Sindh province. Eligible bidders must be registered manufacturers or importers of poultry medicines, drugs and vaccines with valid proof of registration from the competent authority and the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP). Applicants are required to submit valid proof of good manufacturing practice (cGMP) with satisfactory report, valid ISO certificates, and registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). For importers, evidence of authorization from the original source along with contact details for confirmation is mandatory. Bidders must also provide valid proof of raw materials sourced from the country of origin. The bid security is set at 2.5 percent of the bid value, and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 is required with each application.
Prospective bidders should obtain the complete bidding document and submit sealed bids in accordance with the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) Rules 2010 as amended. The application must include documentation of firm establishment details, experience proof for the last three years, ownership documents for equipment and machinery, financial statements from scheduled banks for the preceding three years, audit reports, and details of any pending litigation or arbitration.
