Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites qualified manufacturers and suppliers to submit competitive quotations for the supply, delivery, installation, integration, testing and commissioning of one fully automatic, all-electric, servo-driven, double-side labeling machine capable of handling flat rigid HDPE containers from 0.5 liters up to 10 liters for deployment on PSO's existing filling line at LMT facility in Karachi, Sindh. The machine must apply labels to both front and back of containers in a single pass and operate fully in-line with PSO's existing automatic filling equipment, receiving containers from upstream handling arrangements and discharging labeled containers directly onto the downstream filling-line conveyor. Bidders are encouraged to propose their standard proven machines provided they fully satisfy the mandatory requirements across the complete 0.5 to 10 liter container range.
The offered machine must incorporate advanced servo-motor or electric-motor systems driving all critical motion axes for high precision label placement, with full electronic synchronization between conveyor and labeling heads via servo or encoder-based systems rather than mechanical gearing. High-speed stable performance with minimal vibration at rated line speed sustainable in continuous multi-shift production is required. The machine must feature a user-friendly HMI-based control panel with recipe and parameter storage, diagnostics, and speed/format adjustment accessible from touchscreen without PLC-level programming. Quick tool-less or near-tool-less changeover capability for different label sizes and container formats is mandatory to minimize downtime between production runs.
Bidders must complete a Technical Compliance Sheet confirming compliance against each specified parameter or stating deviations. The scope of supply includes the complete fully automatic labeling machine with protective canopy, conveyor system with variable speed control, servo-driven labeling heads, HMI control panel, standard tooling and changeover parts, installation and mechanical/electrical integration, Site Acceptance Test support, operation and maintenance manuals in English, electrical drawings, spare-parts catalogue, standard manufacturer's warranty, and export packaging suitable for sea/air/inland transport to Karachi.
