For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

This is an open e-procurement notice from a municipal authority in Punjab requiring online bid submission through the government EPADS portal.
No specific procurement item is detailed in the invitation section; the scope and contract value are contained within the full bidding documents. Bidders require formal registrations (PEC, tax clearances) and must post bid security before submission. The tight turnaround (less than three weeks from notice to closing) suggests moderate-to-standard procurement; the single-stage process minimizes delays. Submission is entirely electronic; late bids are automatically rejected.
Who can bid: Bidders must be firms or companies registered with relevant Registration Authorities and tax authorities including PEC license, Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidders must submit bids online on EPADS and provide original bid security documentation in the prescribed form by the deadline. Typically, vendors in Punjab government procurement must also have valid NTN and be in good tax standing.
