Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Committee Shujabad, a local government authority in Punjab, invites electronic bids from registered firms and companies engaged in trading and supply services. The procurement follows a single-stage, single-envelope bidding procedure conducted through the e-Procurement System (ePADS), the official online portal for Punjab government procurement. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including PEC (Professional Engineers Council), Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments. The bidding process ensures transparent and competitive selection of contractors for municipal infrastructure and related works in Shujabad.
All bidders are required to submit a bid security equivalent to the estimated contract price in the form of a CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order made payable to "MO(Infrastructure) Municipal Committee Shujabad".
