WASA Muzaffargarh is bundling five annual framework contracts worth 32+ million rupees into a single tender closing 17 September 2026.
The scope spans equipment maintenance (pumps, motors, jetting machines, generators), materials supply, and safety installations. Individual contracts range from 4.98 to 10.62 million rupees. The framework structure suggests recurring monthly or quarterly call-offs rather than lump-sum delivery. Tight bid security requirements (5% of estimated cost) and strict digital submission via Punjab e-Procurement portal indicate formal institutional procurement.
Who can bid: Open to registered engineering firms and contractors. Bidders must submit digital bid security at five percent of estimated contract value. Typically, contractors require valid NTN registration, SECP incorporation documents where applicable, and clean compliance record with previous government contracts. No specific PEC category is mandated in the notice.
