Pakistan Navy's Military Engineer Services (MES) invites tenders from pre-qualified contractors for four works packages at Mauripur PN Dockyard, NSSD and Lyari Karachi in Sindh Province. All bidders must submit Professional Engineering Certificate from the Pakistan Engineering Council and furnish detailed bank statements.
Bid documents must include the proforma specified by MES detailing name of works, executing agency with identification code, work amount and duration, date of actual completion, percentage progress at the time of application, and departmental performance record. The notice emphasizes that incomplete applications lacking required information will not be entertained. MES (Navy) COMLOG reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance without obligation to communicate grounds for rejection.
