For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

This tender covers perimeter fencing provision and rehabilitation of existing fence systems at Lahore's major airport, with an estimated security of Rs.

1.6 million. The scope spans multiple landside areas, suggesting moderate project complexity and duration. Applicants must hold current PEC Category C-4 registration and be on the FBR's Active Taxpayer List—standard requirements for airport civil works. The tight timeline (submission 14 September 2026, opening same day) leaves minimal preparation window. This appears to be a one-off capital project rather than a recurring maintenance contract.

Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with FBR on the Active Taxpayer List, hold a valid Professional Tax Certificate, and possess updated Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C-4. The firm must provide evidence of current ownership, no blacklisting history, and full disclosure of pending litigation. Typically, civil works at federal airports also require valid SECP registration if incorporated.
