Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA), Karachi invites sealed bids for the installation of street lights and poles at Phase VII (Extended Commercial) and Phase VIII DHA Karachi. The project encompasses multiple sectors including Kh-e-Babar, Faisal Street no.2, Kh-e-Tipu Sultan, Kh-e-Khyber, Kh-e-Arafat, Kh-e-Shajar, and Kh-e-Saqib within Sindh province. This is a public infrastructure development initiative to enhance street lighting facilities across the designated phases of the Defence Housing Authority development.
Bidders must be eligible, enlisted contractors or firms with valid PEC registration, DHA registration, and similar nature of work experience in PDOHA Karachi. The tender is classified under Category C4/C5 with a tender fee of Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable). Sealed bids submitted under single-stage one-envelope procedure are invited from all qualified and registered contractors meeting the specified eligibility criteria and possessing relevant professional experience in street lighting and infrastructure projects.
Bidding documents will be available from the E&M Section, Development Directorate, Office from August 26 to August 28, 2026, upon written request and payment of the prescribed bid document fee via Pay Order in favor of PDOHA Karachi. Financial bids must be submitted on or before August 31, 2026 at 1130 hours to the Development Directorate, with opening scheduled for the same day at 1200 hours in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. DHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the provisions of tender rules and regulations.
