Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General of Basic Education Community Schools (BECS) under the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training invites proposals for the procurement of stationery items, miscellaneous supplies, and computer stationary including toners during the financial year 2026-27. This is a framework agreement procurement under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure, allowing the procuring agency to place repeated orders for goods needed continuously throughout the contract period. The procurement is open to well-reputed suppliers and vendors stationed in the Islamabad and Rawalpindi region of the Federal Territory. Interested firms may apply for one or more lots as per their capacity and specialization. The contract will remain valid until 30 June 2027, with delivery expected to Directorate General of BECS at G-8/4, Taleemi Chowk, Islamabad, or other locations specified by the agency within metropolitan limits of ICT and Rawalpindi.
Bidders must be registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), hold valid Income Tax (NTN) and Sales Tax registration numbers, appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue, and possess a vendor number from the Accountant General Pakistan Revenues (AGPR), Islamabad. Firms should demonstrate relevant experience in supplying stationery and computer consumables. A fresh Pay Order of Rs. 200,000 must accompany each bid as earnest money, issued from a scheduled bank in favour of the DDO, Directorate General of BECS. Bank certificates or audited financial statements proving soundness, a company profile, two years of audit reports, and an affidavit confirming the firm has not been blacklisted or involved in litigation are mandatory supporting documents.

Hard copies of bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 14 September 2026 at G-8/4, Taleemi Chowk, Islamabad. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM.
