This is a multi-lot stationery and computer supplies tender issued by FBR's Lahore office with total estimated value exceeding PKR 54 million.
Four discrete lots allow bidders to participate in categories matching their specializations: office paper, printer consumables, photostat cartridges, and miscellaneous stationery. The two-week delivery window post-contract award is tight; suppliers must have robust inventory and logistics capabilities. Bid security requirements are substantial (0.4–4% of lot value), reflecting government procurement standards. This appears to be an annual procurement cycle for consumption supplies rather than a one-time purchase, typical for large tax offices.
Who can bid: The notice does not specify PEC registration, NTN, SECP, or sector-specific licenses as mandatory prerequisites. Typically, bidders supplying to federal government agencies are required to possess valid NTN registration, SECP registration (for pvt. companies), proof of business registration, and tax compliance. Bidders should verify current regulatory requirements before submitting bids.
