Description / Scope of Work
SSGC Procurement Department invites bids for the construction of five SMS (Satellite Metering Stations) and TBS (Telemetry Based Stations) at different locations across Jhal Magsi in Balochistan Province, undertaken on a complete package basis. The scope encompasses design, construction, testing, and commissioning of these gas infrastructure facilities across geographically dispersed PRS (Pressure Regulation Stations) sites. This is a non-consultancy construction services project with reference SSGC/SC/PT/EPADS2/14434, issued by SSGC Procurement Department based in Karachi.
Eligible bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Certificate of Category C-6 or above with specialization in Civil Engineering (CE-10) and Building Construction (BC-01). Bidders must be registered with SECP or relevant tax authority and possess no history of default or blacklisting. A bid securing declaration is required in lieu of earnest money deposit as per the bidding framework. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure will be followed with technical and financial proposals evaluated separately.

Sealed bids comprising technical and financial envelopes must be submitted by the closing date of September 15, 2026, with technical opening to follow immediately thereafter.
