The Forest Department Neelum Valley in Neelum Valley, Federal Government (AJ&K) invites sealed tenders for the sale of approximately 68,748 cubic feet of timber through an open competitive sale process. The available timber includes high-quality Deodar, Kail, Fir, and Walnut wood located across multiple sale depots including Ashkot, Athmuqam, Dawarian, Sharda, Keran, and Kel. Interested financially sound individuals, firms, and companies must submit single-stage single-envelope bids using official forms obtained from the Conservator of Forests office. Successful bidders are required to deposit 25% of the total bid value as earnest money on the spot upon bid acceptance, with the remaining balance due within 60 days. Technical specifications and lot details including wood classification and volume can be reviewed at the Neelum Forest Circle office. Completed bid forms must be submitted by 02:00 PM on 12 May 2026.
