Pakistan Ordinance Factories (POF), Station Engineer Wah Cantt invites sealed tenders for sixteen separate term contracts covering maintenance, replacement and minor works at its Wah Cantt facility in Punjab. The scope encompasses maintenance and replacement of damaged sewer lines and open drains at eight official government buildings under different complaint offices, paving of approach roads at officers' houses, surface dressing and premix carpeting of roads in the estate area, repair and maintenance of security walls, minor works in East Park, Central Park and West Park bungalows, minor works at type bungalows and non-residential government buildings, and maintenance of Sui gas installations and internal fittings of quarters and bungalows. Contractors must apply separately for each work in accordance with PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004.
Eligible contractors must hold valid PEC registration in category C-6 (minimum) with relevant specialization codes, possess a valid professional tax certificate, maintain an active tax filing status on the FBR's Active Taxpayers List for both income tax and sales tax, provide their NTN number and evidence, demonstrate projects completed in the past five years of similar nature, and submit proof of financial status and resources. Applications must include the firm's complete profile with postal address, phone and fax numbers, along with documentation of all required credentials and qualifications.
Applications for tender document issuance must be submitted to the Station Engineer POF Wah Cantt by 14 September 2026. Following scrutiny of pre-qualification applications, tender documents will be issued only to shortlisted firms. Sealed tenders must be dropped in the Black Box at the bid centre (Rabta Hall) near Gate No. 01 on 22 September 2026 up to 10:30 hours, with opening at 11:00 hours the same day (or next working day if a public holiday).
