Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan invites item-rate tenders for the construction and installation of precast concrete parabolic (PCP) watercourses for development of an irrigation system at the New Campus in Dera Ghazi Khan, Punjab. The estimated project cost is PKR 47.142 million with a completion timeframe of six months. This irrigation infrastructure development work is open to contractors and firms currently enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the current financial year.
Bidders must be PEC-enlisted contractors in the appropriate category and are required to submit earnest money equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost (PKR 2,357,100) in the form of a CDR, bank draft, or cashier's cheque from a scheduled bank. The earnest money must accompany the bid submission before the deadline. Conditional tenders or those submitted without earnest money shall be rejected outright. All bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System in compliance with provincial procurement regulations effective from 1 July 2026.
Bid documents are available immediately from the office of the Project Director, Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan. Complete e-bids must be submitted online via https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login by 14 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders are strongly advised to upload bids well before the deadline rather than waiting until the final moment.
