Allama Iqbal Teaching Hospital, Dera Ghazi Khan invites applications from Income Tax registered manufacturers, importers and distributors for prequalification and walk-in registration of vendors to supply medicines, surgical disposables and related items through local purchase quotation (LPQ) on the E-Procurement portal for the financial years 2026-27 and 2028. This is a framework contract for round-the-clock supply of all types of drugs and medicines to the hospital in Dera Ghazi Khan, Punjab. Tender documents are available free of cost from the PPRA website and bidding shall occur through the Punjab E-Procurement portal at https://ep.Punjab.gov.pk
Eligible bidders must be Income Tax registered with valid manufacturing licenses or Drugs Sale Licenses issued by the relevant health authority. Applicants are required to submit duly attested photocopies of the proprietor's CNIC, National Tax Number (NTN) registration certificate, and valid manufacturing or drug sales license. Bid security of Rs.50,000 (refundable) must be submitted in the form of a CDR, bank draft or pay order issued in favor of the Medical Superintendent. Vendors blacklisted or suspended by the Punjab Health Department or procuring agency are ineligible. All bids must strictly comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended).
Technical proposals only are to be submitted electronically through the E-Procurement portal before 11:00 AM on 14 September 2026. Bidders must provide page marking and index certificates with properly bound bidding documents. Hard copies of the financial instrument (CDR, bank draft or pay order) accompanied by company letterhead must be submitted before tender opening. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance. Response time is calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
