Description / Scope of Work
WASA Chakwal invites sealed bids for the construction of a PCC (Portland Cement Concrete) sullage carrier on Dhakoo Road in Chakwal City, Punjab. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 12,13,791, and the work falls under the municipal water and sanitation infrastructure category. This is a single-stage single-envelope procurement conducted through the e-Procurement system (E-PADS) as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The project scope covers construction work in Chakwal district and is open to contractors registered on E-PADS for the financial year 2026-27 during the second bi-annual period from 1st July to 31st December 2026.
Eligible bidders must be registered contractors on the E-PADS platform and are required to submit a bid security of Rs. 60,689 (5% of estimated cost) from any scheduled bank in Punjab in favour of WASA Chakwal. The bid security must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS portal by the closing date and time. In case the lowest bid is equal to or less than 5% of estimated cost, additional performance security between 5% to 10% (including initial bid security) must be deposited within 15 days of notice issuance. Fake or forged documents will result in disqualification and blacklisting from WASA Chakwal.

Bids must be submitted through the electronic portal by 11:00 AM PST on 19 September 2026, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day at WASA Chakwal office. Bidders are strongly advised to upload bids well before the deadline to avoid server issues.
