For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Investment advisory firms are sought to manage an institutional endowment portfolio via separately managed account structure.
This is a pure advisory role without transaction execution or fund custody—relatively lower operational complexity than full discretionary management. The tender emphasizes demonstrated SMA track record, investment team capability, and regulatory compliance. The September 2026 deadline is tight; shortlisting has already occurred, narrowing the eligible field. Award is likely to a mid-to-large investment advisor with institutional credentials and documented performance in similar mandates.
Who can bid: Shortlisted firms only. Applicants must typically be registered with relevant Pakistani or international investment regulatory bodies, possess proven SMA investment management experience, demonstrate institutional-grade governance, and provide audited financial statements. Detailed investment team structure and client diversification disclosures required. Specific licensing requirements per applicable investment management regulations must be met.
