Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan invites sealed bids for two separate procurement contracts under the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The first procurement is for the purchase of vehicle tyres for the Transport Section, and the second is for computer hardware equipment for the Department of Physics. Both tenders are issued by the university in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province and shall be submitted through the EPADS portal at www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk. The tender documents specify that successful bidders must deliver items to the Store Purchase Section at Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan in accordance with the prescribed technical specifications approved by the University Purchase Committee.

A non-refundable tender document fee of Rs. 2,000 via Demand Draft or Pay Order in favour of Treasurer AWKUM is also required.
Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS with scanned copies of the CDR and tender fee attached. Physical submission of the original CDR and Demand Draft to the Procurement Office is mandatory. The bid submission deadline for tyres is 15 September 2026 at 12:15 PM with opening at 01:15 PM the same day, while hardware bids close at 12:30 PM with opening at 01:30 PM.
