Description / Scope of Work
The Cooperative Model Town Society, Lahore invites sealed bids under a single stage single envelope bidding procedure for the renovation of the foot path at Inner Circular Road in Model Town, Lahore, Punjab. The project is open to contracting firms with valid enlistment with Model Town Society. Detailed tender documents are available from the office of the Civil Engineer at Model Town Society during working hours upon submission of a written request addressed to the undersigned. The scope encompasses repairs and renovation work on the pedestrian pathway along the Inner Circular Road, a key thoroughfare in the Model Town residential area.
Bidders must be duly enlisted with Model Town Society and possess valid enlistment credentials at the time of bid submission. The bidding procedure follows single stage single envelope methodology, meaning technical and financial proposals are submitted together. Late, ambiguous or incomplete bids will not be entertained. The Society reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance.
Sealed bids must be delivered to the specified address before 1:00 P.M on 16 September 2026. Bid opening will occur one hour after the submission deadline on the same day by the Evaluation Committee in the presence of any authorized representative of the bidder who wishes to attend.
