Description / Scope of Work
Aga Khan Agency for Habitat Pakistan (AKAHP) invites sealed bids from reputable manufacturers, authorized suppliers, and experienced firms for the supply, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning of a complete Public Address (PA) System for projects in Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral. The PA system shall include amplifiers, speakers, microphones, mixer/audio controllers, cabling, mounting accessories, and all related components, complete in all respects and in accordance with technical specifications and Bills of Quantities provided in the bidding documents. The scope encompasses delivery and full commissioning of a functional system meeting the detailed technical requirements specified in the tender documentation.
Bidders must be pre-qualified through the Single Stage-Single Envelope bidding procedure and are eligible from reputable manufacturers and experienced firms with proper authorization and credentials. Partial bidding is not permitted and may result in rejection of the bid. Bidders must comply strictly with the technical specifications and terms and conditions outlined in the bidding documents to be considered for evaluation.
