The Karachi Institute of Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering (KIBGE) at the University of Karachi invites sealed tenders for a comprehensive overhauling of its networking infrastructure. The project scope includes the implementation of a fiber optic core, network segregation, and a centralized power solution to enhance the institute's digital capabilities. This procurement follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per SPPRA rules. Eligible active taxpayers, including firms, manufacturers, and authorized distributors, must submit their bids electronically through the EPADS portal.
