Description / Scope of Work
The Buildings Division Mianwali, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the rehabilitation, improvement, and construction of various government buildings across District Mianwali. The scope of work includes structural repairs, masonry, flooring, internal and external electrification, and finishing works for multiple educational and administrative facilities. Contractors are required to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to ensure projects are completed according to Punjab Buildings Department specifications. Firms must be currently pre-qualified with the Communication and Works Department and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the FBR. Interested contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category may submit their technical and financial bids by 18 May 2026."
