Dismantling, Removing, Fixing MS Pipe & Sheet, Sand Blasting & Epoxy Painting at Aman Tower Cooling Towers by IBA

The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi invites electronic bids for dismantling, removing, fixing MS pipe and sheet, sand blasting and epoxy painting with primer coat works at Aman Tower Cooling Towers located at IBA City Campus in Karachi, Sindh. This is a single-stage, one-envelope procurement process with a tender fee of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable). The tender is open to active taxpayers of manufacture, firms, companies and suppliers registered with SPPRA ePADS and relevant tax authorities. Bidders must be registered with all relevant tax authorities and possess valid NTN and SRB/GST registration numbers.

Eligibility requires bidders to be registered with SPPRA ePADS system and maintain active taxpayer status. A bid security of 2 percent of the bid value must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft made in favour of IBA Karachi. All supporting documents including evidence of earnest money must accompany the bid submission. The mandatory site visit is scheduled for August 13, 2026 at 12 Noon at IBA City Campus, and attendance is compulsory for prospective bidders.

Bidders must download the tender document from the IBA website at https://www.iba.edu.pk/tenders/ or from the SPPRA ePADS system at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/. The tender fee challan should be generated from the IBA website and deposited at any branch of Meezan Bank Ltd. Bids (duly signed and stamped) must be submitted through the SPPRA ePADS system along with supporting documents between July 28, 2026 at 9 AM and August 19, 2026 at 2:30 PM. Original bid security and the original bid must be delivered to IBA, Karachi, University Enclave, before the opening scheduled for August 19, 2026 at 3:00 PM.
