The Planning & Development Department of the Government of Balochistan invites electronic bids for the mega project 'Clean Drinking Water for All Union Councils (UCs) in Balochistan'. This project, estimated at PKR 2,768,785,000, is based on Composite Schedule Rates (CSR) 2023. As per the corrigendum, only electronic bids submitted via the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) of BPPRA will be accepted; no physical bids are required. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB. Bids must be submitted electronically by 9:00 AM on 11 May 2026, accompanied by a 4% bid security in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call (CDR)."
