The Energy Department Government of Sindh in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the procurement of professional services to manage and operate the Sindh Solar Energy Project (SSEP) Project Management Unit. The scope of work includes providing technical expertise, administrative support, and operational oversight for large-scale solar energy initiatives aimed at increasing renewable energy capacity within the province. This high-priority project requires the provision of skilled human resources and management systems to ensure the successful implementation of World Bank-funded energy goals. Interested consulting firms or service providers must demonstrate extensive experience in the energy sector, specifically in solar power projects and project management unit operations. Candidates must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), and meet all eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents. Technical and financial proposals prepared in accordance with the specified guidelines must be submitted to the Energy Department by 15 May 2026."
