The Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) in Abbottabad, KPK invites sealed tenders for the outsourcing of its Customer Service Centers (CSCs) to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction across the region. The scope of work includes the management and operation of front-end desks, handling consumer complaints, processing new connection requests, and improving overall interaction quality through modern service standards. This initiative is designed to professionalize the interface between the utility company and its consumers by leveraging private sector expertise in customer relationship management. Eligible firms must demonstrate a strong financial background, relevant experience in managing large-scale service centers, and registration with the appropriate tax authorities. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, requiring separate technical and financial proposals to ensure the selection of high-quality service providers.
