Description / Scope of Work
The Irrigation Division District Orakzai, KPK invites sealed technical and financial e-bids for the construction and solarization of irrigation tube wells and lift schemes across the district. The scope of work under Package-1 includes the construction of 01 existing and 09 new solar irrigation tube wells at various locations including Ali Khel, Kalaya, Arkhi Pyala Mamozai, Feroz Khel, and Mishti. This vital agricultural project focuses on providing sustainable water solutions through high-efficiency solar components and professional civil works. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories EE-11 and CE-04 and be active taxpayers with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the E-PAD system, requiring bidders to submit detailed technical proposals and broschers. Bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting on 07 May 2026 to clarify technical specifications. All electronic bids must be finalized and submitted by 12:00 PM on 14 May 2026."
