Two separate equipment procurements for Tarbela: diving gear for maintenance operations and LV circuit breakers/spares for substations at Ghazi Barrage. Both are specialist supplies with moderate bid security (PKR 240k and PKR 120.5k). Opening is same-day electronic, indicating expedited procurement. Diving equipment is likely smaller-scope, repetitive maintenance; breaker supply appears more substantial and technical. Closing 20 Aug 2026 allows reasonable preparation time. Requires EPADS registration and technical compliance with power/diving safety standards.
Who can bid: Bidders typically must be registered with SECP (for companies) and hold valid NTN. For electrical equipment, vendors should typically hold relevant certifications from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) or equivalent. No specific category restrictions stated; bidders must furnish bid security as CDR or bank draft. Hard-copy originals of bid security must reach office before closing.
