Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division (PHED) in Charsadda, KPK invites sealed bids through the EPAD system for the Annual Maintenance and Repair (AM&R) of existing water supply schemes for the financial year 2025-26. The scope of work is divided into multiple sub-heads including civil works and electrical/mechanical repairs across Charsadda and Tangi sub-divisions, as well as emergency restoration of flood-damaged drinking water infrastructure. Eligible firms and contractors must be registered with the PEC and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), while electrical/mechanical contractors specifically require registration with the Electric Inspector of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidding documents and detailed BOQs are available via the EPADS portal, requiring a tender form fee and earnest money as specified for each lot. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically by 12:00 PM on 14 May 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for 12:30 PM on the same day."
