For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
POF TA Factory requires supply and installation of 700m elevated GI pipeline—a straightforward infrastructure work at Rs.
2.00M. Scale is small-to-medium; timeline is tight (pre-qual by 29 July, bid by 20 August 2026). One-off project. Notable: MES Schedule of Rates pricing suggests government cost-control discipline; contractor must meet POF's stringent quality protocols. Competition likely limited to contractors with POF experience or certified pipeline expertise.
Who can bid: Not explicitly detailed in notice. Typically: NTN and active SECP registration required; PEC Category E or D for civil/water works; documented experience in similar pipeline projects; bid security as per POF norms; compliance with Pakistan Ordnance Factories procurement rules mandatory. Pre-qualification vetting stage suggests selective tendering.
