Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Choa Saidan Shah in District Chakwal, Punjab, invites interested contractors to participate in a public auction for various income-generating contracts for the upcoming financial year 2026-27. The auction includes several key lots: the Wagon/Bus Stand fee collection (Reserve Price: Rs. 2,310,000; Security: Rs. 250,000), Cattle Fair/Phathak (Reserve Price: Rs. 300,000; Security: Rs. 40,000), and Slaughterhouse fees (Reserve Price: Rs. 30,000; Security: Rs. 5,000). Eligible bidders must hold a valid registration certificate issued by the District Government and must provide the required call deposit as bid security for each lot. The auction will be conducted in person at the Municipal Committee office under the supervision of the auction committee. Detailed terms and conditions can be reviewed at the office of the Municipal Officer (Finance) during official working hours. The open auction is scheduled to take place at 12:00 PM on 18 May 2026."
