The University of Kamalia in Kamalia, Punjab invites sealed bids for the high-value procurement of various IT and office equipment under tender number UKM/Tender/2025-26/17. This project carries an estimated budget of 25.1 million Rupees and covers a diverse range of technical assets including 30 business laptops, 20 desktop computers, and 5 interactive flat panel smart boards. The scope also extends to specialized hardware such as 3D printers, a 3D scanner, high-end workstations, and a 10 KVA soundproof diesel generator. To be eligible, bidders must demonstrate a minimum of three years of operational experience with at least three successful supply orders in relevant fields. Interested firms are required to be active taxpayers with FBR and PRA and must submit their proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System EPADS. A bid security of two percent, totaling 502,000 Rupees, is mandatory.
