The Syed Muhammad Hussain Samli Hospital and Nawaz Sharif Cardiology Centre in Murree, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the provision of essential facility management services for the upcoming financial year 2026-27. This procurement opportunity is being conducted on a framework contract basis and covers four distinct service categories including comprehensive security services, professional janitorial services, MEP maintenance, and the central supply of medical gases. Well-reputed firms with significant experience in these relevant fields are encouraged to participate. All interested bidders must be registered for both GST and Income Tax. The bidding process follows the single stage two envelope procedure in strict accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority rules and will be managed through the e-PADS portal. A mandatory bid security of 2 percent of the total quoted tender value must be provided in the form of a call deposit or bank guarantee. All technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab Acquisitions and Disposal System by the deadline of 10:30 AM on 14 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day.
