The Syed Muhammad Hussain Samli Hospital and Nawaz Sharif Cardiology Centre in Murree, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the provision of various essential hospital support services for the financial year 2026-27. This framework contract tender encompasses four primary service categories including security services, janitorial services, MEP services, and the central supply of medical gases. Well-reputed and experienced firms registered for GST and Income Tax are eligible to participate. The bidding process adheres to the single stage two envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority rules. Interested bidders must provide a bid security amounting to two percent of the total quoted tender value in the form of a call deposit or bank guarantee. All bids must be prepared and submitted electronically through the Punjab Acquisitions and Disposal System e-PADS portal. The deadline for electronic bid submission is 10:30 AM on 14 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled to be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Original bid security documents must be delivered to the purchase office prior to the closing time.
