Description / Scope of Work
The Procurement Directorate of Pakistan Railways in Islamabad, Federal Government invites worldwide tenders from renowned manufacturers, local agents of OEMs, or authorized representatives for the supply of various railway components. The scope of procurement includes Bogie Frame Machined and Painted Traction Centers, Journal Box Assemblies, Damper Kits, Side Bearer Pads, and Pivot Assemblies. This tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure according to Rule 36b of the PPRA Rules 2004 and is conducted on an FOB basis. All bids must be submitted exclusively through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). While the complete scanned copy of the bid must be uploaded online, the physical bid security must be submitted in the tender box at the Director Procurement office in the Carriage Factory, Islamabad, before the closing deadline. Bidding documents are available for download free of cost from the official e-procurement portal. The submission deadline is set for 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026, with technical bids being opened shortly after at 11:30 AM.
