Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Railways Procurement Directorate in Islamabad, Federal Government invites worldwide tenders for the supply of various specialized railway components on an FOB basis. This procurement process specifically seeks the acquisition of bogie frames that are machined and painted, along with traction centers, journal box assembly damper KX, side bearer pads, and pivot assemblies. The bidding is conducted following a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in strict accordance with Rule 36(b) of the PPRA Rules 2004. Interested original equipment manufacturers, renowned manufacturers, or their authorized representatives must submit their bids exclusively through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. While the complete bid must be uploaded to the EPADS portal, bid security must be physically submitted in the tender box located at the Carriage Factory in Sector I-11, Islamabad. Bidding documents containing the comprehensive terms and conditions are available for download at no cost. The deadline for the electronic submission of all prepared bids is set for 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026, with the official opening of tenders scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
