The Punjab Forensic Science Agency in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of various laboratory and office equipment on a turnkey basis for its facility at Thokar Niaz Baig. This procurement includes three distinct tender references covering furniture and fixtures for the main building, queue management systems, interactive screens, UPS units, and comprehensive audio-video conferencing solutions featuring COB SMD LEDs and laptops. The total estimated cost for these combined requirements is approximately 137 million Rupees. Interested firms must be registered with the relevant sales tax, income tax, and Punjab Revenue Authority bodies. In accordance with modern procurement standards, all applications and bid submissions must be processed exclusively through the Punjab Acquisitions and Disposal System e-PADS portal. The bidding follows a single stage two envelope procedure, and manual bids will not be accepted. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically no later than 11:00 AM on 13 May 2026, with the technical opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
