Description / Scope of Work
The District Council Jhelum in Jhelum, Punjab invites sealed bids from registered contractors for multiple infrastructure development projects within the district. These works include the construction of a street and nullah at Hayal Mughlan Domeli in Tehsil Jhelum, the construction of a street in Village Maira Dhok Bider near the residence of Nawaz, and the installation of an extension line for Dis PVC from Chowk Lilla Mor to the Nusrat Ranjha House in Tehsil P.D. Khan. The estimated costs for these projects range from approximately 1.09 million to 2.65 million Rupees. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered on the E-PADS system for the 2025-26 fiscal year and must provide a bid security in the form of a CDR or Pay Order. Scanned copies of the bid security must be uploaded to the portal, while original documents must be submitted to the office of the Chief Officer before the deadline. All bids must be submitted through the E-PADS portal by 11:00 AM on 11 May 2026.
