Annual Framework Civil Works by District Council Rahim Yar Khan FY2026-27

District Council Rahim Yar Khan invites bids for an annual framework contract covering civil works for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using a single-stage single-envelope bidding procedure. Bids are to be submitted online on the PUNJAB E PROCUREMENT SYSTEM portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The framework covers civil construction and related works to be executed within the District Council Rahim Yar Khan jurisdiction in Punjab province.

Eligible bidders must be firms or companies engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments, including PEC license, Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax registration. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order made payable to District Council Rahim Yar Khan. The bid security amount is as specified in the tender schedule. Late submissions will be rejected without consideration.

Online bid submission closes on 11 August 2026 at 01:00 PM, with electronic opening scheduled for 01:30 PM the same day. Original bid security instruments must be physically submitted in a clearly marked envelope before the e-bid submission deadline.
