Description / Scope of Work
The Bhalwal Drainage Division of the Punjab Irrigation Department in Sargodha, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the provision of side protection for the Pakka Canal between RD: 46+000 and 48+000. This project is being conducted under a Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The estimated cost of the work is approximately 15.64 million Rupees, and interested engineering contractors must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council with the relevant CE-04 category code. Bidding is conducted through the E-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), and all technical and financial proposals must be uploaded electronically. A bid security of 782,000 Rupees is required, preferably in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt. While bids are submitted online, the original security instrument must be physically submitted to the Chief Engineer Irrigation in Sargodha before the opening time. The deadline for electronic bid submission is 11:30 AM on 12 June 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same day. The successful contractor will be required to execute a formal agreement and provide a construction schedule within a week of receiving the acceptance letter.
