Description / Scope of Work
The District Council Gujrat in Gujrat, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for several high-priority infrastructure and development projects across various villages for the 2025-2026 financial year. The scope of work involves the rehabilitation and construction of streets, drains, and nullahs in Village Ajnala, Village Bhooch, Village Gharera, Village Santal, and Village Chalay Sharif. These projects are funded under the M&R Head with an estimated collective cost exceeding 30 million Rupees. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and maintain active status with the Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority. Bidding is conducted via the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through the Electronic Procurement and Auction System (EPADS). All applicants must provide a bid security amounting to five percent of the estimated cost for each specific lot. Technical requirements include the provision of qualified engineering staff and adherence to strict quality control testing at the contractor's expense. All electronic bids must be uploaded to the portal by 09:00 AM on 19 May 2026, while physical copies of the bid security must reach the Infrastructure and Services office by 11:00 AM the same day.
