Description / Scope of Work
The Project Implementation Unit for the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement project in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of comprehensive enterprise cyber security and application security solutions. This high-level procurement is funded by the World Bank and is divided into two distinct lots aimed at bolstering digital infrastructure. Lot one focuses on SIEM, SOAR, Application Performance Monitoring, ZTNA, and DLP technologies, while lot two covers Firewalls, WAF, Load Balancers, WAN Switches, PAM, and Deceptor Sandbox solutions. Both lots require a bid security of 1,000,000 PKR each. Bidding will follow the Single Stage One Envelope method under the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Eligible bidders with relevant experience must download the official English language documents from the PULSE website and submit their physical proposals directly to the procurement specialist at the Garden Town office. Electronic bidding is strictly prohibited for this tender. All completed bids must be delivered by 12:00 PM on May 21, 2026, and will be publicly opened immediately thereafter in the presence of designated representatives.
