Description / Scope of Work
The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of specialized technical goods to support its ongoing operations. The scope of this tender includes the acquisition of various types of cartridges (Types A, B, and C), moulds (Types A, B, and C), and associated handles for moulds. These items are being procured under IESCO’s own resources, specifically for the 7th STG project and cost deposit head for the fiscal year 2025-26. The procurement process will follow a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Interested bidders must provide bid security as specified in the official bidding documents. All submissions must be made electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted. The deadline for registration and electronic bid submission through the EPADS v2.0 system is 11:00 AM on 11 May 2026, with the official opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
