The Lahore Electric Supply Company in Lahore, Punjab invites Expression of Interest from reputable and eligible bidders for the hiring of a firm for the deployment and outsourcing of Assistant Linemen (ALM) services. This procurement process is being conducted to support LESCO in providing uninterrupted electric supply services to over 6.9 million consumers across Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara, and Nankana Districts. The selection process follows the Quality and Cost Based Selection method using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Interested bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and are required to submit their proposals through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 6 May 2026 at 11:00 hours at the LESCO Headquarters. All technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 13 May 2026, with the technical bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
