Description / Scope of Work
The Military Engineer Services office of GE (Svcs) Sialkot in Sialkot, Punjab invites sealed tenders for several infrastructure and maintenance projects under PPRA Rule 13 (1). The scope of work includes the installation of BDV testers and dehydration plants, repair and replacement of old vintage transformers on the West-II Feeder, and significant repairs to water supply lines spanning 600 meters at Tufail and Ghazi Road. Additionally, the tender covers term contracts for external water supply and sui gas maintenance across Sialkot Cantt, Ugoki Camp, Marala Camp, and FAD Daska, as well as the procurement of bazar supply items. Total estimated costs for these individual projects range between 2.0 and 2.995 million Rupees. Participation is restricted to scrutinized contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and listed in MES category E or above. Interested firms must submit complete credentials for scrutiny within fifteen days of advertisement. Final tenders must be received by 11:30 AM on 18 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 12:00 PM the same day.
