The Capital Development Authority in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders for the supply of essential items for Eid-ul-Azha 2026. This procurement is divided into two main categories: the supply of biodegradable bags with an estimated cost of 19.33 million Rupees and the supply of lunch boxes featuring chicken pulao or chicken biryani for the first and second days of Eid, valued at approximately 4.71 million Rupees. Interested contractors must be duly enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and codes, holding valid NTN and GST registrations with the FBR. The bidding process follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules. Technical bids must include a bid security of 579,900 Rupees for the bags and 141,540 Rupees for the lunch boxes. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM and 01:00 PM respectively on 29 April 2026. Manual bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.
