Description / Scope of Work
The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed bids for the supply of essential civil materials required for its project campsites located at Soan Camp, Chakri Interchange Damyal Road. This procurement includes a substantial quantity of materials including 18,740 CFT of river sand, 27,431 CFT of stone crush, 57,370 CFT of earth clay, and 3,100 CFT of sand with gravel mix. Additionally, the tender seeks the provision of 185,318 first-class bricks. All interested suppliers must participate through a single-stage two-envelope bidding system conducted via the EPADS portal. Bidders must be registered with relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and maintain an active status on the FBR's Active Taxpayer List. A collective bid security of approximately 390,679 Rupees is required to cover all five items, though evaluation will be performed on an item-wise basis. The deadline for electronic submission is 1430 hours on 18 May 2026, followed by a public opening of technical bids shortly after. Successful vendors are expected to complete delivery within thirty days of receiving the purchase order.
