Construction Material by Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), through its Procurement Office at Transmission Headquarter in Faisalabad, Punjab, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods under reference FST/TE/046/26 with project code P68300. The procurement is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must register on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to access comprehensive bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements.

All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders are those registered on EPADS v2.0 and meeting the procurement authority's eligibility criteria. The evaluation will be based on technical compliance and cost, following national procurement guidelines. Integrity pacts and performance guarantees are required as per contract conditions.

Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, August 10, 2026 at 3:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 3:30 PM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
