Description / Scope of Work
The Strategic Management Unit of the School Education Department in Lahore, Punjab invites Expressions of Interest from PEC-registered consulting firms for a large-scale infrastructure development program. This project involves comprehensive project management and resident construction supervision for educational facilities across all ten administrative divisions of Punjab. The scope of work includes the establishment of approximately 300 STEM laboratories, 1200 additional classrooms, and the reconstruction of 300 dangerous school buildings. Furthermore, the consultant will oversee the development of Nawaz Sharif Centres of Excellence for Early Childhood Education. The consultancy is divided into three geographical lots, with services spanning pre-construction design, construction supervision, and post-construction support over a thirty-six-month period. Eligible firms must demonstrate significant experience in educational projects, possess specific PEC service codes, and meet stringent financial and human resource criteria. All submissions must be completed electronically via the EPADS portal. The deadline for submitting expressions of interest is 11:00 AM on 11 May 2026.
