Description / Scope of Work
The Deputy Commissioner in Bahawalpur, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the extensive revamping and modernization of the D.C. Residence and Office. This comprehensive procurement project is divided into three distinct lots covering a wide range of essential items to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the official premises. Lot 1 focuses on high-quality furniture including bed sets, luxury sofas, dining tables, and office chairs. Lot 2 encompasses modern electrical appliances such as full DC inverter air conditioners, 65-inch LED televisions, and refrigerators. Lot 3 covers decorative and miscellaneous items including floor rugs, table lamps, indoor plants, and decorative paintings. The total estimated budget for this project is 7.328 million Rupees. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and possess at least five years of business experience. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal, ensuring a transparent and competitive bidding process. The technical and financial submissions must be completed no later than 12:00 PM on 14 May 2026, followed by a public opening shortly thereafter.
